Nritya Bhakti Foundation was founded in 1997. Today it is a well- known Bharatnatyam training academy. The academy nurtures young dancers into professional performing artists under the efficient and disciplined guidance of its Director. At present, over 100 students have been undergoing training here. One of the distinct features of the teaching methods used here is the creation of an intensive learning environment which focuses on an exciting journey of inner self discovery rather than a boring routine. The emphasis is to invoke the natural talents of the individual and bring out creative abilities. Classes are conducted for the Certificate Course twice a week and the medium of instruction is English and Marathi. The institute has several branches in Pune – Tilak Road, Kothrud and Bibwewadi, as well as in Nagar and Ratnagiri. Sai has also been training and conducting dance workshops in schools. She is an active trainer in classical dance for physically and mentally challenged children. She has worked with children in the Bal Kalyan Sanstha, Pune.
